How to Prepare for Your Quantum Soul Journey Session


General Tips for Preparation

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully.

  • Avoid alcohol and substances the day before and the day of your session. Limit caffeine to support a calm, open state.

  • Eat a light meal before your session, and have water nearby.

  • Set your intention the night before. Quietly ask your subconscious and Higher Self for guidance and ease in receiving what you need.

  • Come with an open heart and mind. Let go of expectations and trust that whatever arises is meant to serve your growth.


Additional Guidance for Virtual Sessions

If your session is virtual, please review the following to ensure a smooth and supportive experience:

  • You must be on camera for the entire session, with your face and upper body clearly visible. This allows me to track your breathing, expressions, and eye movements for your safety and support.

  • Use headphones to stay fully immersed and avoid audio issues.

  • Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted.

  • Test your setup in advance. Make sure your volume is turned up, as clients often speak softly while in trance.

  • Have water, a light blanket, and a journal nearby.

  • Silence all notifications and close any unnecessary apps.

What to Expect During Your Session

  • Pre-Session Conversation (1–2 hours): We’ll begin with a thoughtful conversation about your background, life challenges, and the areas you'd like to explore.

  • Quantum Hypnosis Session (1.5–2 hours): You’ll be gently guided into a natural Theta brainwave state, where deep healing, past life insights, and subconscious wisdom may come through.

  • Post-Session Review: We'll discuss what arose during your session and reflect on the messages and healing received.

  • Session Recording: You’ll receive a private audio recording (excluding the induction) to revisit and integrate at your own pace.

⚠️ Please do not listen to your session recording while driving or operating machinery. It is designed to bring you into a deeply relaxed state.
